Spanning over 40 years’ experience in the finance sector during which Paul worked at 7 international banks operating in London, including Citibank, ABN AMRO Bank, Moscow Narodny Bank, where he gained a wealth of experience in banking initially in administration and thereafter progressing to trading various asset classes including medium term Promissory Notes/Bills of Exchange; short term trade and structured commodity finance and bi-lateral, club and syndicated transactions and using risk mitigation products such as Political Risk Insurance – ‘PRI’ to re-profile portfolios.
During his banking career Paul held divisional line responsibility for Revenue & Cost Budgets as head of divisions for marketing to banks’ core clients and trading assets and rescheduled debts, with other banks.
In the mid-nineties Paul started his own company whose corporate mission was to source suitable funding solutions from banks/financial institutions to fulfill mandates for completing project, corporate, trade and hard/soft commodity transactions.
In 2018 Paul joined CFS Management Ltd as Managing Director with responsibility to devise and implement a strategic plan thus enabling a new focus on business diversification, working in conjunction with experienced wealth management practitioners, tasked with increasing business volume. Statutory responsibilities include ensuring implementation of governance arrangements that provide effective and prudent management of the firm and comply with the FCA regulatory framework.
